With the improved information if the question is still unclear, vague or insufficiently specific a further attempt will be made to clarify the question. If after the third attempt the question posed is still unclear, vague or insufficiently specific, or in the event that no response is recieved to any of the emails sent by IMMagine New Zealand within 5 working days then and in those circumstances IMMagine New Zealand reserves the absolute right and/or discretion to charge the standard fee as if an answer had been provided.

The user agrees that it is solely at the discretion of IMMagine New Zealand to determine if any question posed, asked or posted is unclear, vague or insufficiently specific. A user will not have any right or recourse in the event that IMMagine New Zealand has indicated the question posed is unclear, vague or insufficiently specific. The acknowledgement of this fact and concession made by the user under the terms and conditions of this site are irrevocable.

By visiting the website www.immigration.co.nz, which is the domain name and property of IMMagine New Zealand, a privately owned company and hereafter referred to as "the website" and viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to the website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not want to be bound by our Terms and Conditions your only option is to not visit, view or otherwise use the services provided or tendered on the website and by IMMagine New Zealand. You understand, agree and acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IMMagine New Zealand and that your use of the website shall indicate your total and conclusive acceptance of this agreement. We are also obligated by the Immigration Advisors Authority to provide you with a copy of the Licensed Advisors Code of Conduct and our own Internal Complaints Resolution Policy. Provision of Services

You agree and acknowledge that IMMagine New Zealand is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without notice to you even if it may result in you being prevented from accessing any information contained therein. You understand and agree that your use of the website is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided "As Is" and "As Available". IMMagine New Zealand does not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever as to the operation of the website, information, content, materials or products provided. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected. 

Payments

By using this service or any services promoted on IMMagine New Zealand's website you agree to payment of the fees stated for that service. Any refund of these fees for any reason whatsoever is at the sole discretion of IMMagine New Zealand.

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that IMMagine New Zealand and of its employees, subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event or under any circumstance be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages and/or cost. This shall include, but not be limited to damages for loss of income, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, declined or disrupted immigration applications or any other tangible or intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not IMMagine New Zealand has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages and/or cost. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed the liability of IMMagine New Zealand is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions of Use

IMMagine New Zealand reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion and without giving any notice. Changes to our Terms & Conditions become effective on the date they are published and your continued use of the website and all services provided after any changes will signify your agreement to continue to be bound by them.
