Iain MacLeod - Principal
|
Iain MacLeod was born in New Zealand and grew up in Auckland. A graduate of the University of Auckland (Bachelor of Science) he has 20 years experience as an Immigration Consultant. He established his own consultancy, MacLeod Immigration Services Limited, in 1990 having been employed by a previous Minister of Immigration prior to that. Iain was the Vice-Chairman of the New Zealand Association for Migration and Investment between 1999 and 2000 and was on the Board between 1996 and 2000.
Iain is also a founding Director of the New Zealand Immigration Institute which operates as an immigration policy 'think tank' which consults on matters relating to current and future immigration policy with the Government and other interested parties in addition to being an industry body representing New Zealand based immigration practitioners. Membership of the New Zealand Immigration Institute is by invitation only and arguably represents the cream of New Zealand based private sector immigration practitioners.

Myer Lipschitz - Principal (Immigration Attorney)
|
Myer Lipschitz was born in Johannesburg and is a graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand. In 1985 he was conferred the degree Bachelor of Laws. Myer completed his Articles of Clerkship with Ivor Trackman, Attorneys and was admitted as an Attorney to the Supreme Court of South Africa in 1988.
Myer immigrated to New Zealand in 1989 and was admitted to practice law in New Zealand as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Myer became involved in immigration law when employed by Hesketh Henry in 1992. He was employed by that firm to establish an immigration department. Myer left their employ in November 1992 to establish his own practice, known as Protea Immigration Consultants Limited. Myer is a past Director of the NZAMI and is a current full member of the New Zealand Immigration Institute.

Colin Adno - Director
|
Colin Adno B.A., LL.B. (Wits) was born in Johannesburg and is a graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand. He qualified with a Bachelor of Arts in 1984 and a postgraduate Bachelor of Laws in 1987. He worked as a Lawyer in South Africa before moving to Auckland in 1992 where he worked as a Property and Immigration Lawyer. He lived there for 5 years and then moved to Melbourne in 1997.
In 1999, Colin formed his own Law Firm, Colin Adno & Associates, Lawyers and Migration Agents which still takes Commercial, General and Property Law instructions and processes Immigration appeals in the Federal Court of Australia.
Colin is a founding Director of Immagine Australia Immigration Pty Ltd and Immagine New Zealand Immigration Limited.
Colin is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 98 01110) and an Immigration Lawyer. He is admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Migration Institute of Australia.
Colin has over 15 years of Immigration Law experience and having been through the migration process personally (twice), fully understands the stresses and emotions associated with moving countries.

Bernard Lock - Consultant
|
A former client of Immagine New Zealand, Bernard joined the Immagine team in October 2009 and following the granting of his Immigration Adviser’s license now works closely with clients to achieve their immigration goals. Holder of a B.Proc and a Masters of Law (Uni of Pretoria) Bernard established and grew his own highly successful law practice in Gauteng, South Africa between 2003 and his immigration to New Zealand. Fluent in both English and Afrikaans Bernard is a highly experienced and well regarded attorney with a special interest in labour and immigration law. |

Christopher Noakes - Consultant

Christopher has been involved in the field of immigration consulting for the past ten years. He was initially employed in London for a period of four years with Malcolm Pacific where he managed their United Kingdom operations, assisting clients from the UK and Europe in their plans to make New Zealand home. For the past six years Chris has been a Senior Consultant with Protea Pacific Ltd based in their Auckland office, and has travelled extensively into Southern Africa, Israel and South East Asian markets.
With over a decade of immigration industry knowledge Christopher is one of the most experienced practitioners in the business. Chris holds a full immigration licence issued by the New Zealand Immigration Advisors Authority, and is a Bachelor of Management Studies Graduate from the University of Waikato.

Paul Janssen - Consultant
|
Paul began his career as an immigration consultant over 8 years ago, working in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom assisting clients with their relocation plans. Having spent 2 years abroad, and having to adjust to life overseas Paul is acutely aware of the pressures and issues involved with an international move.
Upon returning to New Zealand, Paul spent 3 years working in the foreign exchange industry, assisting overseas clients and New Zealand and Australian companies with the foreign currency requirements. During this period Paul travelled extensively throughout the UK, Australia and Asia. Having kept close ties and a strong interest in the immigration industry, Paul joined Protea Pacific as a consultant in 2008.
Paul holds an Honours Degree in Politics and Geography from the University of Waikato and holds a provisional license with the Immigration Advisors Authority.

Geeta Gupte - Consultant
|
Geeta is no stranger to the migration process, having moved to New Zealand from Pune in India in January 2006. Geeta moved here with her husband under the skilled migrant category and has since started a family, with her first child Ria.
Having gone through the migration process, and being subject to all the red-tape and bureaucracy imposed by the Immigration Service, Geeta is easily able to understand what her clients are going through and offer practical solutions and advice.
Geeta holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources, so has a good insight into recruitment practices both here and abroad, a major resource for all potential migrants searching for work in New Zealand. Geeta is also provisionally licensed by the Immigration Advisors Authority.
